The living area on the ground floor has a satellite TV set, air conditioning, and an open fireplace.
Each of the six bedrooms has been designed in it's own style and has a separate air conditioning unit.
Most of the bedrooms also have TV sets (terrestrial programs).

Each bedroom also has it's own shower bathroom and WC. On the ground floor there is a seventh bathroom with a bath tub and a washing machine.
Four of the six bedrooms furthermore have separate small living areas with kitchenettes and refrigerators. The other two bedrooms have refrigerators as well.
Weekly room cleaning as well as change of sheets and towels.

The house has a central heating system. Baby cots will be prepared on request.
Villa Athena provides room for up to 14 persons.
Since 2004, there is a new sibbling building next door named  Villa Nefeli which can accommodate up to 8 persons.
A 5 % discount is granted with stays of 2 weeks duration, and a 10 % discount with stays of 3 weeks duration (except high season).
