On the ground floor there is the main living area with an open fireplace and a concert grand, a dining corner and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, as well as a swimming pool.   Loutra is one of the villages above the bay of  Rethymnon on the island of  Crete, about midway between the town (10 kms) and the historically significant monastery of Arkadi. In the village there is a baker's shop. Bigger supermarkets are in the 4 kms distant villages along the coastal road.
